PIN Rent ("we") operates pinrent.gr. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the site or book a vehicle, and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Booking details: name, email address, phone number, pickup and return dates, chosen vehicle and payment method.
• Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and, where you consent, for analytics.

How we use it

• To manage and confirm your booking and to contact you about it.
• To meet legal obligations such as invoicing and tax records.
• To improve the website, based on aggregated analytics you have consented to.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to run the site and process bookings (hosting, email delivery, Stripe for payments). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Booking records are kept for as long as required by Greek tax law. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Write to hello@pinrent.gr.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the booking flow working. Analytics or marketing cookies are set only after you give consent.
