There is plenty of free parking at Faliraki beach and Kallithea Springs. From Faliraki, the road inland to Psinthos and Seven Springs is quiet and shaded — a nice escape from the coast.

Three coves before lunch
Ladiko, Anthony Quinn Bay and Traganou are all within 6 km of the strip. Go early, swim in each, and be back for lunch — barely 15 km on the scooter.
Seven Springs and Psinthos loop
Inland from Kolymbia to the Seven Springs (walk the tunnel if you dare), then through Archipoli and Psinthos and back down to Faliraki. About 45 km of quiet, shaded roads.
Tsambika monastery and Lindos
Ride the coast to Tsambika, climb to the monastery for the island’s best view, swim at Tsambika beach, then continue to Lindos. Around 80 km round trip — 300cc+ or ATV.
