Rental terms

These terms apply to every ATV and scooter rental from PIN Rent in Rhodes. By completing a booking you accept them.

Requirements

• A valid driving licence for the vehicle: category B (car) for the ATV, A1 for scooters up to 125cc, A2 up to 300cc, A2/A above 300cc, or equivalent. Non-EU licences require an International Driving Permit.
• A valid passport or national ID card.
• Minimum age 18. Some vehicles may require a higher minimum age.

Prices and payment

• Prices are per rental day and depend on the season (High: 1 June to 30 September, Low: 1 October to 31 May).
• The total shown at booking is final and includes VAT. Optional extras, if any, are listed separately.
• Payment is made online by card or at pickup by cash or card, as selected when booking.

Use of the vehicle

• Only the renter and any additional riders declared at booking may ride the vehicle.
• Helmets must be worn at all times. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
• The vehicle must be used on public roads and marked tracks only, within the island of Rhodes, and never for racing, towing or carrying more people than seats.

Damage, theft and liability

• The renter is responsible for the vehicle from pickup until return and for any damage caused by misuse, negligence or breach of these terms.
• Any incident, damage or theft must be reported to us immediately and, where required, to the police.
• Basic third-party insurance is included in the price. No guarantee deposit is required; any excess amounts are provided in writing before the rental starts.

Changes and cancellation

• Bookings can be changed free of charge subject to availability. Cancellations up to 48 hours before pick-up are refunded in full; later cancellations or no-shows are not refundable.
• PIN Rent may cancel a booking if the renter does not meet the requirements above; any prepaid amount is then refunded.
